HG Premier GTS dash conversion

Hi all. I was wondering whether anyone could tell me if there is a problem getting a V8 HG GTS dash to read correctly on a HG Premier 186? Also, is there any stresses with getting the extra gauges to work? Any help appreciated.
V8 HG GTS
On the back of the tacho there is a switch. Just change it from 8cyl to 6 cyl. Then as long as you have the right sender units for the oil pressure and water temp. A signal wire from the ignition, and the amp guage wired correctly. All will be good.

AFAIK they didn't.
But I'm not 100% on that.

Only vehicle to have the
Only vehicle to have the option of the GTS or sports dash was the Brougham! That is why you see some dash facia's advertised with the gearshift quadrant cut out of the facia above the steering column. All GTS vehicles had floor shift fitted, Brougham had both column and floor shift fitted.

yeh they fit straight in as already stated , i did one myself and the best advice i can give is for every clip or light you take out from the ld loom put the one from the new loom strait in, got a stupid question for those in the know, with temp sensors do they difer from celcius to farenheit? my gauge reads hotter than it really is and not sure why?

Gauging Crocky
Celcius and Farneheit makes no difference but you can get different range senders e.g. 120 and 150 degree Celsius senders so make sure you have the right one for your gauge.
